BRAD WOLFE | Managing Director - Development

Brad Wolfe is Managing Director of Development at 908 Group, where he oversees all development from site selection and entitlements through closing and start of construction.  Brad has overseen the successful development and closing of over 1,300 units and over 5,200 beds of multifamily housing with development costs of more than $500 million.  Brad leads the development team and maintains a robust pipeline of premier student, conventional and affordable multifamily housing. 

Prior to joining 908 Group in 2014, Brad was a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds where he was directly involved in closing equity financing of 20 LIHTC development and rehabilitation projects spanning 14 states consisting of $150M in equity capital.

Brad attended Florida State University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate as well as a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in real estate.  

Brad and his wife currently reside in St. Petersburg and his personal interests include wakesurfing, boating, golf and snowboarding.
