CRUISE YOUNG | Asset Manager

Cruise is the Asset Manager at 908 Group where he is responsible for asset management, market research, overseeing third party management companies and assisting each management team within the entire 908 Group portfolio with their day-to-day needs.

Cruise has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Troy University. This is where Cruise also first began working in the student housing sector. Cruise has worked within the purpose-built student housing sector for 11 years with various ownership groups and management companies. In addition to working in several student housing markets, Cruise also has several years of experience in university recruitment and enrollment services. 

Cruise has held several positions with third party management companies prior to joining 908 Group. His first position as a marketing coordinator was to lease up of a new development project. Since then, he has held management, travel, and corporate roles within the student housing sector.  

Cruise resides in South Tampa and his personal interests include weightlifting, golf, travel, and all things Alabama football.
