JUSTIN J. WILSON | Managing Director & Co-Founder

Justin J. Wilson is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of 908 Group, a commercial real estate development firm focused on opportunistic real estate development within the multifamily sector. Since its founding in 2006, 908 Group has focused on ‘recession-resilient’ development opportunities, namely affordable and student housing. Justin is responsible for 908’s long-term strategy, fostering strategic partnerships and building capital relationships that complement the firm’s growth.

Prior to co-founding 908 Group, he was a Corporate Account Manager with the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Club from 2004-2006, which he had the distinct privilege of being a member of the 2004 Stanley Cup Championship Team. In 2007, Mr. Wilson was recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a member of the 30 Under 30.

Mr. Wilson is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and also serves as a Trustee for Carrollwood Day School. Mr. Wilson’s philanthropic activities include supporting numerous Tampa Bay based charitable organizations.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa and a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Justin and his wife currently reside in Tampa with their son, two daughters, and English bulldog Makayla. His personal interests include tennis, golf, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and Formula 1 motorsports.
